Footing with (Concrete Encasement Electrode)
Inspection of footings and the concrete encasement electrode to verify proper installation and adherence to safety regulations.
Plumbing-Under Slab Includes Drain Test, Waterline Test)
Assessment of the plumbing systems under the slab, including drain and waterline tests to ensure leak-free and compliant installations.
Slab
Evaluation of the slab to confirm proper installation and code compliance.
Rough-In Plumbing (Includes: Gas Test, Drain Test, Waterline Test)
Comprehensive inspection of rough-in plumbing installations, including gas, drain, and waterline tests to ensure correct installation and code compliance.
Rough-In Mechanical
Inspection of rough-in mechanical systems to verify proper installation and compliance with building codes.
Rough-In Electrical
Assessment of rough-in electrical systems to ensure proper installation and adherence to electrical codes. - Rough-In Frame (Includes: Brace Wall, Fireplace, Brick): Comprehensive inspection of framing, including brace walls, fireplaces, and brickwork to ensure everything is correctly installed and meets code requirements.
Insulation (Includes: Windows, Doors, Walls) Pre-Insulation Inspection (Air Sealing) R-Value Table Only
Verification of proper insulation, window, and door installations, as well as air sealing, to achieve required energy efficiency levels.
Flat Work (Patio, Front Porch, Driveway, Walkway)
Inspection of flat work areas such as patios, porches, driveways, and walkways to ensure correct construction practices and durability.
Final Plumbing (Includes: Final Gas-Test)
Final inspection of plumbing systems, including a final gas test, to confirm everything is safely and properly completed.
Final Mechanical
Final assessment of mechanical systems to ensure they are correctly installed and fully operational.
Final Electrical
Final inspection of electrical systems to confirm proper installation and adherence to safety standards.
Final Building
