Whether you’re present or not, rest assured that we’ll generate a detailed Spectora report encompassing all essential details regarding the home’s condition. What is a home inspection?
During the process of a new home or remodeling a residential home RDS preforms building inspections that involve a thorough examination of a property’s structure, systems, and components throughout the build process. We assess through each phase of the build to ensure all code requirements are being followed.
How much does a home inspection cost?
Our home inspections start at $975 which includes up to thirteen inspections performed throughout the building process.
Should I attend the inspection?
There is no need to attend the inspection. Some Builder clients will attend, but generally, the inspections are performed without attendance from the homeowner or contractor.
What if the inspection report reveals problems?
Any failed items found during the inspection will be submitted via the report after the inspection. A follow-up inspection can be scheduled after rectifying the failed items with a re-inspection fee.
